Hold the key in its clockwise position while lifting gas cap to reveal gas tank opening.
6.
Insert fueling hose (or jerry can spout) into gas tank opening.
7.
Fill gas tank.
“Topping off” or overfilling gas tank can lead to gas overflow.
8.
Close gas cap.
9.
Turn the key counterclockwise to release.
10.
Replace “pull” tab to a horizontal position so that it covers the gas cap keyhole.
Key must remain in the gas cap keyhole throughout the
fueling process.
