Cause

 

Corrective action

 

1. The refill nozzle/filter adapter is 

not attached onto the new oil 
hose (twin-hose, red) correctly. 

Attach the refill nozzle/filter adapter onto the new oil hose 
(twin-hose, red) securely. 

2. Since the oil temperature is low 

and its viscosity is high, the flow 
rate is low

 

Raise the oil temperature.

 

3. The source for new oil is empty.

Refill the new oil source with oil.

 

4. The upper limit sensor of the 

new oil pail is not attached onto 

the connector correctly.

 

Attach the upper limit sensor onto the connector correctly.

 

The machine refills new 
oil too slowly or does not 
refill any oil. 

5. 

The pump, electromagnetic valve 

or control unit malfunctions.
