6.6 Starting a Connection
To start the connection, use one of the following programs. Your Pocket PC
automatically begins connecting. Once connected, you can:
Send and receive email messages by using Inbox. (See section 4.5.)
Visit Internet or intranet Web or WAP pages by using Pocket Internet
Explorer. (For more information, see section 6.9.)
Send and receive instant messages with MSN Messenger. (For more
information, see section 5.3.)
Synchronize. (For more information, see section 6.1 or ActiveSync Help on
the desktop computer.)
6.7 Ending a Connection
When connected via cable or cradle, detach your Pocket PC from the cable
or cradle.
When connected via Infrared, move your Pocket PC away from the device.
When connected via dial-up or VPN, tap the Connection icon on the
Navigation bar and then tap
End
.
