SEPARATE THE SKEWER’S SHAFT FROM ITS HANDLE.
Assemble fork pod; secure wheel tray.
Open handle.
Hold the adjustment knob. Turn handle
clockwise to remove the shaft.
Assemble the
two halves of the
pod loosely onto
the crossbar.
POSITION THE WHEEL TRAY
ONTO YOUR CROSSBARS.
Insert bolt head
into slot in tray.
Attach SnapAround.
ROUND
BARS
SLIDE WHEEL STRAP
INTO TRAY.
Insert bolt
threads into
square hole in
bracket.
Attach hex key
and tighten.
Strap may need
to be installed
before bolt and
hex key.
Pod cover
must be in
place at all
times for safe
operation of
bike carrier.
Use the supplied 5mm hex
wrench to tighten the screws.
Tighten until
there is no
longer a gap.
USE EXTREME FORCE WHEN TIGHTENING THE LEVER IN STEP 12. TEST THE INSTALLATION!
Reattach the
pod cover.
