PROBLEM AND SOLUTIONS
PROBLEM
PROBABLE CAUSES
SOLUTION SUGGESTIONS
COAL IS NOT BURNING WELL
1) Maybe you
are using the type of
coal other than the ones
recommended.
2) Draft of the
chimney is bad.
3) It is possible that the stove is
getting
air inside from the joining
parts or from the
place where
stove's
pipe enters the wall.
1)
Please
use quality type of coal
having 6000-7000 Kcal/hour and by
having walnut-orange
size.
If you have to use the type of coal
having
less calorie, then please
request
fan group from your dealer.
2)
Please control the draft of the
chimney.
Get it cleaned if required.
Please refer to 'Chimneys Page'
for Further details about the chimneys.
3)
Insulate the joining parts of the
chimney with aluminium bandage.
Please
take up the place where
chimney pipe enters
the wall.
CENTRAL HEATING STOVE IS
BURNING BUT ROOMS ARE
NOT GETTING WARM
1)
Actually, Central Heating Stove is
not burning well. Quality of the coal
is low or Stove is burned
with little
amount
of coal.
2) Maybe you used un-insulated Pipe
while passing from the inside of the
concrete.
3)
Insulation of the site is weak.
4) Central
Heating Stove is just
burned and consequently,
it takes
time for Central
Heating Stove to
reach
a good heat because the walls
are
cold.
1)
Please
use quality type of coal
having 6000-7000
Kcal/hour
and by
having walnut-orange size. Air flow
becomes less when smaller size coal
is used. Do not use damp and too
much ash producing coal.
2) Consult your installer.
3)
Wall and roof insulation must be
done.
4)
This problem disappears after
burning for a certain period of time
and after the walls get
warm
LAST CORE IS NOT GETTING
WARM
1) Horizontal pipe coming to the last
core has
been
used
as small (R 1/2").
2) Spout has occurred towards the
inside at the
source of plastic pipe
and cross-section
of the pipe has
been narrowed.
1) Increase the revolution of the
pump.
If not solved, please consult
your installer.
CHIMNEY'S DRAFT
IS
WELL AND CENTRAL
HEATING
STOVE'S COMBUSTION
DOES NOT SLOW DOWN.
Air
lid
controlled by chain driven
thermostatic
regulator remains open
also
in high temperatures.
Please
make the adjustment for the
length of the chain.
BOILER'S THERMOMETER
RAPIDLY RAISES TO 120°C
HOWEVER CORES DO
NOT GET
WARM
1) Central Heating Stove has
generated air because water has got
less.
2) There
has been vaporizing and
water
loss because
of electricity cut¬
off.
3) Circulation pump has generated air.
4) Circulation pump has malfunctioned.
1) Complete this deficiency. Control
the air of
cores and circulation pump.
2) If you encounter too much of airing
because of having very frequent
electricity cut-offs, then you can use
"Power Supply Having Full Sinus".
3) Please refer to: 3-5.
4)
Please contact the manufacturer
of the Pump.
THERE IS TOO MUCH
VAPORISING
AND CORES DO
NOT GET
WARM
Circulation pump might
have been
connected to boiler's return
by a
mistake. If expansion tank is also at
the same
flat, height difference may
not
be enough and this may
cause
short-circuit
of the hot water over
expansion
tank. They may not get
warm
if air occurs in the radiators.
Connect
the circulation pump as
indicated
in Installation Connection
