The electric vehicle is equipped with lithium battery, the battery provides 60V DC power supply for the
electrical equipment, mainly in the consumer after taking out the vehicle power battery for the anti-theft
device power supply, can achieve anti-theft sound and open cushion function.
Battery pack is mainly divided into power core and battery management system (BMS), used to store and
manage electrical energy, is the energy source of electric vehicles, its output of electrical energy is not only
used to drive the vehicle, after the power switch is switched on, but also through the DC/DC buck to power
the entire vehicle electrical equipment. When the battery is empty, the battery can be recharged by an
external charger.
The battery of this model uses Panasonic three-element material lithium-ion core, the battery management
system can realize data collection, SOC estimation, troubleshooting and many other functions, to ensure
the safe and stable operation of the battery in the operation and charging of the vehicle.
If you find a short battery range, ask if you have any bad riding habits (such as frequent braking) or low tire
pressure.If yes, please inform the user of correct driving habits and tire pressure indication. If not, please
conduct battery fault diagnosis as follows.
Battery fault diagnosis (including no output voltage, low voltage, power saturation, abnormal charging and
heating, leakage or bulge, etc.)
