Problem Possible Causes and Solutions
The treatment temperature is too high
(except when using the device
in Cool Mode).
You are using the device without moving the electrode head. Except when in Cool Mode, be sure to move the electrode head over your skin when using the device.
The speed may be too slow. Move the device a little more quickly.
I cannot feel any warmth.
The device is in standby or Auto-off status (page 17). Press the relevant mode button to start the mode (page 21).
The skin lacks moisture or is dry. Moisturize the skin with lotion or gel.
If the device is moving too fast, your skin may not be warmed. Move the device a little more slowly.
Also, if the device is moving too slowly, the safety function will be triggered, limiting the warmth. Move the device a little more quickly.
The EMS feels weak
(or you cannot feel it)
Increase the EMS intensity with the Level + button.
The skin lacks moisture or is dry. Moisturize the skin with lotion or gel.
You are not applying the device along muscles. Apply the electrode head along muscles (page 25).
The EMS feels strong
(unpleasant tingling, painful)
Lower the EMS intensity with the Level - button.
The entire surface of the electrode head is not touching skin. Use a mirror to check that the entire surface of the electrode head is touching the skin.
Switch to a different area.
