Symptom
Possible causes and solutions
The device only operates
for a few minutes,
even after charging.

The device will automatically switch off approx. 10 minutes after it has been turned on.

The battery level is low. Charge the battery (page 12).

The battery has expired. Contact your local distributor (page 30).
The device does not
turn on.

Press down the +/ON button for a second or longer (page 19).

The device has run out of power. Charge the battery (page 12).
The device does not
start charging.

Connect the AC adapter to a power outlet (page 12).

Connect the USB charging cable to the main unit (page 12).

The battery does not charge properly. Make sure the red light is flashing and charging has started.
