Symptom Possible causes and solutions
EMS feels weak
(no sensation).

Raise the EMS level with the + button (page 19).

The electrode is not properly in contact with the skin. Adjust the placement of the silicone mask to check that the
electrodes are in contact with the skin (page 15).
Troubleshooting
If you perceive any abnormality with the device during use, check to see if any of the following symptoms are present.
Additional Information

There is not enough gel. Apply more gel to the electrode.

The battery level is low. Charge the battery (page 12).
EMS of the left and right
controller is different.
 Wipe off any dirt on the electrode (page 21).

The electrode is not properly in contact with the skin. Adjust the placement of the silicone mask to check that the
electrodes are in contact with the skin (page 15).

There is not enough gel. Apply more gel to the electrode.

Adjust the EMS level of the right and left controllers.

If the start times are different for the right and the left, the intensity of the stimulation will also be different.
EMS feels strong
(tingling, painful).

Decrease the EMS level with the -/OFF button (page 19).
 Your skin is dry. Moisturize your skin with gel before using the device.
 The battery level is low. Charge the battery (page 12).

Due to the differences of muscle mass and location of the right and left cheeks, the sensations may vary.
Adjust the mask to find a position that stimulates your muscles.
