Chin strap removal.
The chin strap (D) can be
removed by hand through
4 thumb screws.
Step 1.
First remove the halo as
demonstrated on page 15.
Step 2.
Unscrew the 4 thumb screws
(C) that connect the chin
straps (D) to the inner shell
of the hard hat (1).
Step 3.
Remove chin strap and
replace thumb screws back
into the inner shell of the
hard hat (E).
