5.3.8 Option M1, M2 and M3 Ozone Monitoring

Measurement, display, and control of ozone concentration by ozone monitor
HC-400 plus.

5.3.9 Option Z1 Nitrogen Boost

The option Nitrogen Boost includes addition of a low quantity of air or nitrogen respectively to
the pure oxygen.

This option allows a more efficient ozone generation in case of too high oxygen purity.
