Intended use
The flow cooler CK 300/CK 310 cools liquid media (water, silicone oil or mineral
oil, ethanol and polyglycols).
Precise information about the bath media to be cooled and their operating
temperature can be found in Section 3.2 ("Tempering liquids") in this operating
manual.
The flow-through Cooler CK300/CK 310 are not suitable for direct cooling of foods,
semi-luxury foods and tobacco, or pharmaceutical and medical products.
Cooling means the unprotected contact of the object with the bath medium (bath
fluid).
Description
The flow-through cooler CK300/CK310 cools down the liquid wich is pumped
through the built-in heat exchanger. Therefor, an external pump is required like
the one built-in the immersion circulators from SI Analytics
®
.
A typical application for the flow-through cooler CK300/CK310 is the usage in the
external liquid circuit of a transparent bath.
