Quality assurance
Dear customer,
Xylem Analytics Germany implements a

according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
This guarantees the presence of organizational structures which are necessary
to ensure that our products are developed, manufactured and managed
according to our customers expectations. Internal and external audits are carried
out on a regular basis to ensure that our QMS system is fully functional.
Please inform us if, despite our precautionary measures, you should find any
product defects. You can thus help us to avoid such faults in future.
Guarantee
We provide guarantee for the device described for two years from the date of
purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing faults being discovered within
the mentioned period of two years. Claim under guarantee covers only the
restoration of functionality, not any further claim for damages or financial loss.
Improper handling/use or illegitimate opening of the device results in loss of the
guarantee rights. The guarantee does not cover wear parts.
To ascertain the guarantee liability, please return the instrument and proof of
purchase together with the date of purchase freight paid or prepaid.

The corresponding declaration of conformity of the device can be found on our
homepage. It will also be made available to you on request.

Please get in contact with us (see backside of this manual) or the authorized
agent who supplied you with the unit if you have any further questions. The
following specifications should be given when product enquiries are made:
– Unit name
printed on the front of the unit and as specified on the name plate.
Unpacking and checking
Unpack the circulator and accessories and check for damages incurred during
transit. These should be reported to the responsible carrier, railway, or postal
authority, and a request for a damage report should be made. These instructions
must be followed fully for us to guarantee our full support of your claim for
protecting against loss from concealed damage. The form required for filing such
a claim will be provided by the carrier.
