Note:

If the software fails to download, please ensure:



the phone has a sufficient network connection



the DVR

’s network settings are correctly configured



the phone’s web browser is correctly configured.

Checking the Blackberry’s web browser’s configuration:



Go to Menu > Option > Browser Configuration; (refer to Fig 8-37 for configuration settings)



Go to Menu > Option > Cache Operations: Clear
