2. When DVR is installed in IP sharer that is connected with ADSL, a user can assign fixed IP to DVR
from IP sharer itself using “DMZ” function out of such sharer.
Input IP set in DMZ on “IP” field and Gateway of ADSL modem on “Gateway” field. Similarly, for Subnet
Mask, DNS address, input relevant values in IP sharer.

Select Server 1 to setup a DDNS using okddns.com server. oknnds.com is a free service. Go to okddns.com and click on DDNS
REGISTRATION. Enter your DVR's MAC address (found in the System Info tab). Enter a desired Domain Name and click on Validate
Duplication. If the Domain Name you have selected is available, click Register to complete the registration. Once you are done with
configuration in the okddns.com website, select Server1 in the DDNS drop down list, and select okddns.com in the Server1 DDNS
Server Name. Set the DDNS interval from 5~ 60 minutes. This sets how often the DVR will test if the DHCP IP Address has changed.
