Sandpaper selection:
Please select the right size, suitable mesh sandpaper to get the best matte quality. Sand paper made of
alumina, silicon carbide and other synthetic abrasives will have a better sanding effect.
Generally speaking, coarse-grained sandpaper will wear out more materials, and fine sand and sand paper
will get the best result. Therefore, the condition of the surface of the matte material determines how to
choose the right sandpaper. f the surface is rough, you need to use coarse sandpaper to make the surface of
the workpiece consistent. Then use the medium sandpaper to eliminate the marks of the coarse sandpaper,
and finally finish the sanding with fine sandpaper. Continuous use of different mesh of sandpaper until the
plane is completely flat.
Note: Do not use sanding machine without sandpaper. If polished without sandpaper, it will damage the
buckle of the bottom plate.
