Using your Xpress
RC

View a category:
Channels are organized into categories to make it easier for you to find the ones
that suit your taste .
1.
To view a category, press or .
2.
Scroll through the category to find the channel you want .
3.
Press the
Select button
to select the channel, or press or
to view
the previous or next category .
TIP!
To briefly listen to each channel in
the category, select
Scan
near the end
of the category list and then press the
Select button .
Refer to “Scanning
Channels in a Category” on page 64 to
learn more about Scan .
Direct Tune
A channel can be tuned directly by entering the channel number using the
number buttons .
1.
Before entering a channel number, put the Xpress
RC
i
in the
Direct mode . Ensure “Direct” appears at the top of the display
screen . If not, press
fav
until it is displayed .
2.
Use the number buttons (
0-9
) to enter the channel number
and wait a moment until the channel is tuned, or press the
Select button
to immediately tune to the channel .
