When installing the belt,pull the movable driven face out.
Arrow mark on the drive belt indicates the turning direction.
FIXED DRIVE FACE
Install the fixed drive face with spring washer and secure the nut.
After installing the drive face.turn the movable driven face and
take up the belt play.
PISTON RINGS
Both the 1
st and 2
nd rings are key stone type and an expander
ring is with the 2nd
the ring grooves on the piston are machined according to the
shape of the piston rings.therefore.the rings must be placed
in the proper direction otherwise the piston will not fit in the
cylinder.
Each ring has a punched mark at its end and face it upside.
It is extremely important that.when the piston is fed into the
cylinder.each ring in place should be so positioned as to hug 0
the locating pin as shown in the figure.
PISTON
Before connecting the piston to the connecting rod.be sure to
apply CCI oil or twostroke oil to the connecting rod big end
and small end bearings.
The arrow mark on the piston crown points to the exhaust port side.
The cir clip should be mounted in such a position

that
the mating ends of the circlip do not coincide with the groove
portion of the piston.
Before inserting the piston in the cylinder.be sure to apply CCI
oil or two-stroke oil to the outer surface of the piston and piston
ring grooves.
CARBURETOR
When reinstalling the carburetor.apply the heat transfer grease
to the both side of the heat pipe.
Caution:
If not applying the grease.the choke system of the carburetor can
not work properly.
