Accelerator Card Overview
Card Features
The Xilinx ® Alveo™ U55C data center accelerator card is PCI Express ® Gen3 x16 compliant
featuring the Xilinx 16 nm Ult™ technology. It has two QSFP28 interfaces and 16 GB of
HBM to provide high-performance, adaptable acceleration for memory-bound, compute-
intensive applications targeting high performance compute (HPC) and database applications.
The Alveo U55C data center accelerator card features are listed in the following table.
