4.  In the SCSI Select utility, verify that the printer 

has the same 

SCSI ID

 set as is being addressed 

by the host computer. 

5.  In the SCSI Select utility, set the transfer rate to 

10 MB/sec and disable disconnect. 

6.  Print from the host computer to ensure that all of 

the elements are connected and working 
properly. 

7.  If you are able to print using commands from the 

host computer, the computer/printer interface is 
working properly.  The problem probably exists 
elsewhere.  Contact your service representative
