5. Extendibility is dependent upon features and functionality - with advanced features, from the
device and from the print driver, you have a variety of output options. These advanced finishing
capabilities let you collate, fold and assemble professional looking documents in-house, saving
you time and money. They also help you meet your deadlines and
budget increasing productivity, eliminating outsourcing expenses
and allow consolidation of document management assets.
a. With Build Job from device, print driver or scan,
you can easily integrate documents from
different paper trays – even mix simplex and
duplex output into a single job. You can also
select and proof individual sections as the job is
built. Device features include tabs, annotation
and Bates
™ Stamping and more.
b. The print drivers provide immediate desktop
access to all WorkCentre/WorkCentre Pro
output features. You can view the print queue
and get device and supply status. Advanced
features such as exception page programming,
watermarks, print-to-edge, N-Up, booklet
creation, transparency interleaving, covers,
tabs, and toner saver are simple to access.

The Paper/Output top tab provides icons for the most
commonly used features such as selecting paper and
document finishing. Plus, with the “save settings”
feature, frequently used print job attributes can be stored
for later reuse (such as booklet creation on 11 x 17 paper).
