Xerox Office Productivity Advisor (XOPA)
- More in-depth Web-based
tool assesses your specific document environment. Customized to
your specific needs. XOPA comprehends current state direct and
indirect costs and volume for all office copiers, printers and faxes.
The XOPA data uses some of the key metrics (i.e., product specs
and cost of ownership, industry document usage and metrics, office productivity costs and
infrastructure costs) as identified in the ODA assessment, but with shortened timelines and a
departmental scale. The XOPA results will suggest better ways to manage page volume
between printing, copying, and faxing, delivering end user satisfaction and cost efficiency.
XOPA is a free, value-add service performed by the local Xerox Sales Rep.
