Print-Quality Troubleshooting

Check thermal regulation of the Drum.
Run the Service Diagnostics

Drum Thermal

Check

test, see “Temperature Status” on

page 4-47.
Are the Drum thermal values out of the
appropriate range?

Go to Step 4.

Go to Step 5.

Check the Drum Fan for correct installation
and operation.

Go to Step 5.

Replace the
Drum Fan.

Check that the Drum Temperature Sensor is
in contact with the Drum.
Clean or replace the Drum Temperature
Sensor.
