Printer Logs

The Printer Logs contain the following data in columns. By selecting the column heading,
you can sort the data (ascending/descending):

• Time Stamp

• Description

Export Feature

The DC 110 diagnostic routine allows you to save log files in .zip format to a default
location. You can also change the file name and save destination to suit your own
preferences.

1. Log in as a Key Operator.

Note

Operators and Advanced Operators cannot access the

User Access Levels

for more information.

2. Select the Diagnostics view.

3. Select DC 110 System Logs in the Service Info column.

4. Use the information shown to help problem-solve the fault.

5. Select Close Routine.

DC 131 NVM Overview

This diagnostic control routine should only be accessed when directed by a procedure
or by Xerox support. DC 131 is used to adjust the Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) of the
CiPress

™

. Instructions will be provided at point-of-need.

DC 141 Head Setup Overview

Typically preceded by running

DC 965 Head Maintenance

, DC 141 Head Setup is used

to finish preparing the print heads for printing. In various circumstances, DC 141 Head
Setup also helps bring image quality up to normal specifications.
