If you did not find paper in Steps 2–4, follow these steps.

a.

Pull up the latch on the front of the printer to open the front cover.

b.

Pull the jammed paper slowly out of the printer. Verify that any torn pieces of paper 
are removed.

c.

Close the front cover.
