4 Handling The Printer

8254E / 8264E User Guide

•

The length of media that is fed (i.e., the feed length) for confirmation
adjustment printing is normally set at 250mm.

•

If you increase the feeding length, the accuracy of the Media feed
compensation improves.

•

To change the feeding length, press the [+] key or [–] key and change the set
value.

Press the [Enter] key. "Printing" displays in the control panel.

•

Confirmation adjustment printing starts.

•

When the Confirm Print operation is complete"Ready to Print" displays in the control panel.

After the confirmation adjustment printing is complete, cut the media.
