Viewing Support Information

Users can view the Document Centre and software information
using Internet Services.

To view support information:

Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.

Click the Support tab or click Support on the Home Page.

The Support Page appears, showing software, system, and Xerox
information.
