Then select the required report type from the drop down menu as shown below.

6.3.2 Saving Reports

A report can be saved in three different formats: Report Generator format (.XRG), tab delimited plain
text (.txt) or XML. The XRG format is the only format which can be displayed by the Report
Generator. The text format is useful for exporting the results to Microsoft Excel.

To save a report, select 'File' and then 'Save As' as shown below.
