The Details button at the top right corner reveals the list of the corresponding trainings, where the
trainer, the client, the training start time (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS), and the duration of each
training occasion (MM:SS) are displayed. The line colors mean different things. The black colored
lines are regular trainings, these produce the income. The grey colored lines are not considered
because they are shorter than 3 minutes. Finally, the green lines are presentation trainings.
The administrator can Reset or Export the statistics with the buttons on the bottom of the screen.
The reset operation can be performed after confirmation. Resetting means that the statistics are
wiped out and they are calculated later on from the time of resetting only. Exporting can be
performed onto an USB stick which can be plugged in at the back of the device. If the USB drive is
present the exporting process creates files on the drive in order to be able to collect the statistic
information from the machine. The window can be left by pressing the
Back button at the bottom
left corner of the screen.
The Languages option leads to the Languages window. This window is empty if no translations are
installed on the machine and it shows the flag and the name of the language of the installed
translations. Translations are installed during installation of the machine by the manufacturer. The
