As it could be seen from the overview, there are two modes available depending on the login: the
Administrator mode and the Trainer mode . In the Trainer mode there is an extra mode called
Presentation mode . First let’s discuss the available options of the Administrator mode in detail.
5.2.1 The Administrator mode
After a successful login as an administrator the Administrative tasks window is displayed.
Here you can choose among the following options:
Edit trainers : With this option you can add new trainers, delete or edit existing ones and
modify their passwords. The password of the Administrator can be modified here too.
Edit pass types : With this option you can create new pass types, edit or delete existing ones.
Statistics : With this option you can get an overview of the trainings done by the machine.
You can also check the number of trainings done by each trainer thus the revenue you
gained.
Languages : This option provides the opportunity to change the language and localization of
the machine.
System : You can check the version number of the device and reset the device to factory state
(i.e., delete all data). Also you can enable or disable the Presentation mode for the trainers.
Date, time : You can set the date and the time of the system here.
The Edit trainer option leads to the Edit trainer window. Here the administrator has the opportunity
to edit registered trainers or register new ones.
