External
– External Call forwarding uses two telephone syste
m
lines.
1)
This feature

ccupies two
CO
Lines.
Therefo
re,
if a seco
nd CO Line
is not available, the call will n
ot forward. Als
o, a slight volume
decrease is normal.
2)
If an a
ncillary device (single line before the s
ystem) is on a CO Line,
and the s
ystem
does not detect that line as
being busy, the
system
will for

ard the call, and dial over the call.
3)
This feature is considered disabled if no number is entered in the
“FWD Phone Number” field.

At default the “
External” transfer will release after 3 minutes
