Rear Wheel assembly
Front Wheel Assembly
Be sure to check the oil level after
assembly as well as before each time the
ATV is used.
Installation of the rear wheels.
1. Start by attaching the wheel onto
the axle using 4 flanged bolts
M10*25.
2. Once in place tighten the nuts and
bolts.

1 - Rear wheel hub flange
2 – Rear Wheel
3 – Hexagon flanged bolt
Front Wheel Assembly
1.
Fit the fixing hole of the front left
wheel into the fixing bolt of the
front left wheel hub.
2.
Use 4pcs of hexagon flanged
locknut M8 and tighten onto the
bolts.
3.
Repeat for the right wheel.
