4. Attach the handlebar to the handlebar stem (Figure 4).
1. Extend the scooter kickstand (Figure 1).
2. Open the scooter by lifting the handlebar
stem at the folding mechanism (Figure 2).
3. Tighten the knob on the folding mechanism
to lock the handlebar stem in place (Figure 3).
