ORDINARY AND INTENDED USE; MODIFYING THE X PLUSONE OR ITS SOFTWARE; OR
USE OF THE X PLUSONE IN VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE OR
FEDERAL RULES, LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
