goggles.

Take care of your tools

- In order to keep the burnish in good condition, it is
advisable to lubricate the burnished parts with oil.
APPLICATION
– Only specialized personnel are allowed to use the equipment.
– This tool allows the mounting and dismounting of the brake
caliper's fastening screws when working on the braking system.
The arms need not be removed!

Specific for the front and rear axle of commercial vehicles.
– If screws are very locked, use the wrench and a hammer.

TIGHTENING SUGGESTIONS ACCORDING TO
MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS
:
The formula to be used to reach the correct tightening torque is
marked on the wrench.
Marking explained:
Nm1 = desired torque (for example, the manufacturer's
specifications).
Nm2 = correct value to be applied to the wrench
120 = centre distance from the center of the square section to the
center of the Torx profile
Lw = distance from the center of the torque wrench handle to the
center of the square of the impact wrench
Example: Nm2 = (Nm1 / (120 + Lw) ) x Lw
Nm2 = (150Nm / (120mm + 400mm) ) x 400mm
Count:
1. 150 x 400 = 60 000
2. 120 + 400 = 520
3. 60 000 : 520 = 115,38 Nm
