Programming the automatic sampling
Via the software, the sampler can be set up individually for special local
requirements. Altogether, six sampling programs with different
sampling modes can be stored.
Programming the automatic sampling consists of the following steps:
l
Determining the nominal values for automatic sampling (see section
5.1)
l
Selecting the program (see section 5.3.1)
– Selecting the program number
– Manipulating the selected program
l
Selecting the sampling mode (see section 5.3.2)
– according to time
– according to flow
– according to events
l
Selecting the program settings (see section 5.3.6)
– Bottle dependent settings
– Combined programming for the sampling according to events
– Program start
– Program repetition
5.1
Determining the nominal values
Before starting the sampler programming it is useful to determine, or
calculate respectively, some nominal values. These are:
l
INTERVAL
l
TIME PER BOTTLE or SAMPLES PER BOTTLE
l
DOSING VOLUME
in case of sampling according to flow:
l
PULSE DIVIDER or SAMPLES PER HOUR AT 20 mA
l
SAMPLES PER BOTTLE MAXIMUM
