6.5 Selection mode of extension outgoing call

Extension can select these exterior lines which are in group 99 or the same group

with this extension.

Default: all extensions and exteriors are divided into group 00.

The system provides 32 dedicated groups with group number 01-32.

Extension and exterior grouping, only used to manage the extension outgoing

call, no other role.

Example:

Setting exterior line 03 can only be used by 8002 and 8003.

Operation:

The programming host extension off-hook, then dial *#99 6666# into

programming mode, continue to dial 225 03 02#, continue to dial 326 8002 02#,

continue to dial 326 8003 02#, on-hook after hearing the prompt tone.

Tips:

Select an idle group (such as group 02) and store the extension and the exterior

line into that group.

If the operator can not sure which group is idle, he/she should store all extensions

and exteriors into group 00 (225 00# and 326 00#), and then continue the operation.

Instruction: 225 AB GD#

Change the group of exterior.

Instruction: 326 Q GD#

Change the group of extension.

Description:

AB is 01-32, means exterior line 1-32. When AB is omitted, the

instruction indicates the batch setting of all exterior ports.

GD is 00-32, when it used for exterior line, the value can be 99 as a public

group for all extension.

Q is the extension number with 1-5 digits. When Q is omitted, the

instruction indicates the batch setting of all extension ports.
