When operator is talking with an outside caller, the operator will hear dialing

tone after flash or tap the hook, and then dial #95. The outside caller will hear music,

the operator hears confirm tone, and then on-hook.

Step 2: call B

The operator off-hook again and calls B's mobile phone or landline.

Step 3: reserve B

Same as the first step, the B's call needs to be exterior to exterior reserved.

Step 4: start talking with the outside caller and B

The operator off-hook again, and then dial #92, start talking with the outside

caller and B. At this time, the operator can continue to talk with both parts, or directly

on-hook, the outside caller and B continue to talk.

Notice:

The dialing tone will be heard every 5 minutes when the talking is going on. At

this time, anybody dials any key to cut off the dialing tone, or after the dialing tone

lasts for 5 seconds, the talking will be released.

When the operator and two other part start to talk, the operator should tell them

that press any key when they hear the dialing tone. Otherwise the talking will be

released.

If B cannot be called, the operator can dial #92 to retrieval the talking with the

outside caller.

If no one be exterior to exterior reserved, the operator will hear busy tone after

dial #92.

If there are more than two outside callers are exterior to exterior reserved, the

operator will only start to talk with the two outside callers that in front of the exterior

port numbers. The other outside callers are still being reserved.

So, if the outside callers are more than 2, it is recommended to use 'conference

call' function.

The maximum reserve time is 5 minutes, if the time goes out, the talking will be

released. If the operator is idle, and one of outside callers has been reserved for more

than one minute, the system will rings to alert the operator.
