The reset device only resets the network
configuration of the camera, but does not
change the configuration in the App. The
connected camera can only be deleted
from within the App.
6. The device cannot be previewed
properly?

Check the wifi connection, place the
camera close to the router. If this fails it is
recommended to remove the device and
add it again.
7. Why I can't get the notifications with my
cell phone App?

Please confirm that the App has been
running on the phone, and the relevant
reminder function, message notification
and authority confirmation permission
in the mobile phone system have been
opened.
