MAINTENANCE
Regular cleaning will prevent unnecessary problems. Never use water or other liquids to
clean the machine. Only use a brush for cleaning.
1. Keep the table clean to ensure accurate sawing.
2. Keep outside of the machine clean to ensure accurate operation of all moving parts and
to prevent excessive wear.
3. Keep the ventilation openings of motor clean to prevent it from overheating.
4. Keep the inside (near the saw blade etc.) clean.

Too large feeding craft.
Put light pressure on the workpiece.
Make sure that the blade is not
bent.
The teeth are dull or damaged.
Replace the blade.
The blade guide is incorrectly
adjusted.
Adjust the blade guide according to
instructions.
The blade does not
cut or cuts very
slowly.
The teeth are dull, caused by
sawing hard material or too
long use.
Replace the blade. Use a 6-teeth/cm
blade for wood and soft materials.
For harder materials, use a 14-
teeth/cm blade. A 14-teeth/cm
blade always cuts slower due to fin-
er toothing.
The blade is fitted the wrong
way round.
Fit the blade correctly.
Sawdust builds up
inside the ma-
chine.
This is normal.
Clean the machine regularly. Open
the blade casing cover and remove
sawdust with a vacuum cleaner.
Sawdust inside the
housing.
Clean the ventilation openings with
a vacuum cleaner.
Keep work are clean and remove
sawdust regularly to prevent it from
getting inside the housing.
