Operating Instructions
First Time Operation
Control Panel
1. Turn the unit on by selecting an element setting
2. Set element dial to: Top Element / Bottom Element / Top Element and Bottom Element
3. Set “Toast” to 5
4. Place food item on the conveyor
5. Adjust as required: increase/decrease the “Toast”dial until the desired results have been achieved
6. Once satisfied with the results, record the settings for future reference (use control cover to prevent adjustment if required)
7. Repeat this process for different breads

• This unit can be used as a front exit or rear exit conveyor
• Remove the slide tray, turn it around to face the exit, then place over bar
• Slide the catch tray back
Note:
For optimal toasting it is recommended to use one day old bread. Fresh bread (baked that day) contains more moisture which will slow
the toasting process.
