Faulty Possible cause Solutions
“EA”is blinking shown on
the screen, and the buzzer
rings continuously.
Have used faulty adapter
with excessive output.
Change to the original
adapter with output of
5V/1A
“E1” shown on the screen. Low battery.
Reconnect the charger, if
”E1” show again
after 15 minutes please
change the battery.
The equipment is not
charging when the adapter
is connected.
