REMOVE ADJUSTABLE BLADE GUIDE
**If the sawmill does not utilize an adjustable blade guide, skip this section and proceed
to section,
REMOVE OLD POST SLEEVE BUSHINGS
, on Page 10.**
To gain access to the lower post sleeve bushings and hardware on sawmills with adjustable
blade guides (ABG), part or all of the ABG will need to be removed depending on the sawmill
model.
REMOVE BLADE GUARD—HM126 & HM130MAX
On 2020 and newer HM126 or HM130MAX sawmills with an ABG, remove the yellow blade
guard by unthreading the knob in the front.
Then tilt the guard up and remove it from the sawmill.
