ash pan. You will see three zerts in the front of the (J) Firebox Bottom. This side goes on the same 
side as the door opening in the front of the heater.  The (J) Firebox Bottom is installed just 
underneath the Damper inlet holes. 

The ½” flanges on the (J) Firebox Bottom face down.   

 
 

Step 6 Installing the Heat Baffle.

  Place (D) Heat Baffle inside (K) Firebox on back wall and secure 

usin

g four 10/32” bolts. 

  

 

 
Step 7 Installing the Stove Top Collar onto the Stove Top. 

 Slip (A) Stove Top Collar up from 

underside of (B) Stove Top so flanges match holes in Stove Top. Secure with four 10/32” bolts and 
nuts.  
 

Step 8 Installing the Stove Top.

 Place (B) Stove Top on top of (K) Firebox with the beveled edge 

facing down on the front of the heater. Secure with twelve 10/32” bolts.

 

 
 

Step 9 Installing the Door Hinges and the Door.

 Place (L) Door Mounting Bracket over mounting 

holes to the left of the door opening on the (K) Firebox.  The (L) Door Mounting Bracket has one end 
that has a zert in it. This end goes up. Secure with two 10/32” bolts.  Mount the (M) Door onto the (L) 
Door Mounting Bracket using two ¼” bolts.  
 
 

Step 10 Installing the Door Glass. 

Place (Z) Pyroceram Window between mounting pins on the 

back side of the (M) Door. Secure using five 10/32” washers and nuts.  

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN 

THE NUTS ONTO THE PYROCERAM WINDOW.  

Hand tighten only.  

 
 

Step 11 Assembling the Ash Pan. 

Place the (P) Ash Pan Front onto the (O) Ash Pan with the small 

arrow sticker on the (P) Ash Pan Front pointing up and sandwiched between the (P) Ash Pan Front 
and the (O) Ash Pan.  Insert (Q) Ash Pan Handle into the holes in the (P) Ash Pan Front and (O) Ash 
Pan and secure wit

h ¼” lock washers and nuts.  Slide the Ash Pan into the Firebox on the shelves 

that are approximately 2” up from the bottom of the Firebox.  
 
 

Step 12 Installing the Hopper Lids.

  Place (C) Hopper Lid over (F) Hopper opening and secure with 

two 

¼” bolts. Repeat for opposite side. 

 
 

Step 13  Attaching the Spark Arrester to Top.  

Attach the (X) Stove Pipe Spark Arrester (stove 

pipe piece with logo) to the (Y) Top Reflector using three 10/32” nuts and bolts.  Bend tabs on (x) 
spark arrestor 90 degrees out.  Position over holes and bolt together.  
 
 

Step 14  Assembling Stove Pipe and Installing on Stove.  

Place (W) Stove Pipe on the ground. 

Start on one end and gradually connect two sides of locking pipe. Work your way from top to bottom.  
Attach one (W) Stove Pipe to (A) Stove Top Collar with the crimped end up using three sheet metal 
self-taping screws.  Space screws out around pipe. Make sure you hit the (A) Stove Top Collar. Place 
second (W) Stove Pipe onto the first piece with the crimped end up.  Secure the two pieces of pipe 
together using three sheet metal self-taping screws.  Space screws out around pipe.
