13- Roll the main bag with a minimum of 3 rolls to create a tight seal. Fasten the two side straps. Fasten the top
2” Straps to the 2” Buckles pull to tighten very snug. These straps keep the Rocky Mountain Saddle Bags tight
to the side racks and prevents the bag from sagging. FIG.13

14- For maximum safety make sure ALL straps are snug and secure. Make adjustments
as necessary.
To remove the bags:
15- Loosen the four cam buckles on the upper and lower side mounting straps. This will release the tension on
the Universal Saddle Bag Strap secured to the rack. Reverse steps 3 through 8. Unfasten the lower-straps first,
then the upper-straps.
On the exhaust side, be careful not to touch the exhaust as you can be burned!
