Easy Sandwich Bread
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 large egg
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 cup powdered milk
3 cups + 2 tablespoons bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
METHOD
1.
Place all ingredients in order listed in the bread maker; close lid.
2.
Press menu, SANDWICH, color desired and 2.0lbs.
3.
Press start.
Fast Focaccia
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups water
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3 cups unbleached bread flour
1 tablespoon bread machine yeast
12 sage leaves, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
METHOD
1.
Place all ingredients in order listed in the bread maker; close lid.
2.
Press menu, RAPID BAKE, dark and 2.0lbs.
3.
Press start.
