► Loosen the nuts (22) and swing out the screws lateral-
ly. Now the percussion can be unhooked. A second
person must secure the drive from tipping over.
► Assemble in reverse order.
6.0 Maintenance
Maintenance and Care
► Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
► It is recommended to wear protective gloves and
goggles for all maintenance work.
► For safe and proper working, always keep the ma-
chine and ventilation slots clean.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing procedures, repair should be
carried out by an after-sales service centre for WOLFF
power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, please
always include the machine number specified on the
type plate of the machine.
6.1 Lubrication of the Impact fig. G
The BITURBO-STRIPPER is largely maintenance-free.
The slide bearing of the oscillator mounting must be relu-
bricated daily or at the latest every 10 hours. The grease
nipples (12) are on the right and left side at the front. The
grease escaping during operation causes dirt particles to
be washed out.
Apply the supplied grease gun to the grease nipples and
actuate approx. 3 times until some grease has escaped
from the sleeves at the front. Only the original grease
(Art. No. 087733) "Lagermeister WHS 2002".
6.2 Changing the driving wheels fig.C
The drive wheels (10) can be removed from the axle by
removing the linch pins (31).

Blow out the clutch regularly to allow the claws to engage
and disengage.
