6.1 Lubrication of the Impact fig. F
The EXTRO-Stripper is virtually maintenance-free. Have
the guides of the swing bolts lubricated from time to time
(after approx. 500 square meters). The lubricator nipples
are located collateral on the front side.
The used grease will flush dirt out of the machine.
Press maximum 3 to 4 times with the grease gun. Never
press too much grease into the machine. Otherwise the
mechanism will be blocked.
6.2 Changing the driving wheels fig. B
Remove the splint-pins (4) and pull the wheels (3) from
the axle (1). Do not loose the keyes (2) under any circums-
tances!

Operating instructions
► Do not place the power tool until a load that
causes it to stop.
The EXTRO- STRIPPER is primarily used to remo-
ve linoleum, PVC, rubber, cork, design, and CV
coverings as well as needle-punched floor cover-
ing and carpeted flooring.
Hardwood parquet, multi-layer parquet, semiflexi-
ble and ceramic tiles can also be removed to a
limited extent.
► Needle-punched floor covering, carpet, PVC…..
The coverings to be removed should be pre-cut in
blade-widths (fig. E) and then removed with the
stripper in one step. In many cases, the glue can
also be removed at the same time.
► Coverings without a foam backing:
Prior to performing the stripping work, pre-cut the
strips in blade-widths (fig. E). Regularly check
whether the blade is still straight and sharp.
► Coverings with a foam backing:
Only use sharp blades! Remove the large sections
of the wearing surface. Use a carpet pulling claw for
this.
Then remove the foam residue with the stripper. If
there is some foam in the recess, approach from
the side.
