2 Pull the hinge from the unit.
HINGE INSTALLATION
After installing the hinge, install:
1 Lower trim seal for the hinges on a single oven, or for the
hinges on the lower oven of a double oven
2 Cover collar
3
Upper air inlet cover
on single oven or upper oven of double
oven; middle air inlet cover for lower oven of double oven
4 Upper or lower oven door
Install the Hinge
1 Place the hinge into the unit.
2 Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the hinge screw.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR (RTD) REMOVAL
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source
before starting this procedure.
Remove the Temperature Sensor
1 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screws from the RTD.
2 Pull the RTD into the oven cavity. Disconnect the RTD
connector.
3 Remove the RTD from the unit.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR (RTD) INSTALLATION
Install the Temperature Sensor
CAUTION
When installing the RTD, make sure that the
connector goes through all of the insulation to
prevent damage to the connector during self-clean.
1 Connect the RTD wire harness.
2 Use a flat-blade screwdriver to push the wire connector into
the back wall, through the back wall insulation.
3 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the RTD.
CONVECTION FAN BAFFLE REMOVAL
Remove the Convection Fan Baffle
1 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screws from the
convection fan baffle.
TIP: Use care not to damage the porcelain on the oven side
walls when removing the convection fan baffle.
