PROOF MODE

Touch the screen. The Home screen appears.

Touch Proof.

Touch the control panel to enter the temperature. Then
touch Start/Enter.

• Touching Start/Enter without adjusting the temperature

turns the oven on at the preset temperature.

• Touching Cancel on the control panel clears the

temperature setting.

• There is no preheat for the Proof Mode.

GOURMET MODE

Gourmet Mode is based on options. Scroll to the left or right,

highlighting the selection. Up to five levels of options are

possible. Select options until the Done screen appears. The

Done screen shows the rack position, mode, temperature,

probe temperature, and any special instructions.
